Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and the art of eight limbs; two fists, two elbows, two knees and two legs. Muay Thai fighters, known as "Nak Muay" are known for their incredible physical conditioning.

San Da (散打) is the modern way to learn traditional Chinese martial arts, based upon the training used by the Chinese military. It combines the best of the old and the new, and is a great way to learn self-defense and also to get into shape. It is called "Chinese kickboxing" because boxing gloves and other protective pads are used when learning. The student learns a variety of punches, kicks, elbows and knees.

BEGINNER CLASSES ARE "NO CONTACT"
The focus is on conditioning and technique. You will learn the technique on various pieces of equipment like the heavy bag and the kicking shield. You will also do non-contact partner drills such as glove drills.

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
The student works with partners learning the application of the many techniques of San Da. In addition to punches, kicks, knees and elbows, students also learn the "clinch" which includes various kinds of wrestling.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS SCHEDULE
When the student has reached the appropriate level for intermediate training, they will be informed. Intermediate classes are most weeknights and there is additional semi-private training such as pad work with trainers.
